objet<\/h2>\n<p>Le groupe th\u00e9matique des Ressources humaines en sant\u00e9 est un sous-groupe de l\u2019ACRSPS compos\u00e9 de chercheurs, de d\u00e9cideurs, de responsables de politiques, de professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et d\u2019autres membres qui partagent un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la recherche et les politiques touchant les ressources humaines en sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Notre mission est 1) de faciliter le r\u00e9seautage, l\u2019\u00e9change de connaissances et la collaboration entre individus et organisations qui partagent un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la recherche, les politiques et la planification des ressources humaines en sant\u00e9 et 2) de mieux faire conna\u00eetre et de mieux communiquer la recherche et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de politiques en ressources humaine en sant\u00e9 lors de la conf\u00e9rence de l\u2019ACRSPS et au sein de la communaut\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019ACRSPS.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques objectifs pr\u00e9cis du groupe th\u00e9matique des Ressources humaines en sant\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau dynamique de chercheurs, de praticiens, de d\u00e9cideurs et de responsables de politiques qui s\u2019int\u00e9ressent aux politiques et \u00e0 la planification des ressources humaines en sant\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Travailler avec des organisations\/des partenaires afin de faciliter l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de liens et d\u2019\u00e9changes entre les organismes de ressources humaines en sant\u00e9 au Canada \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger ;<\/li>\n<li>Offrir des lieux de rassemblement et des occasions de communiquer et de collaborer aux membres lors de la conf\u00e9rence de l\u2019ACRSPS et entre les \u00e9v\u00e9nements organis\u00e9s par l\u2019ACRSPS ;<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir la recherche et l\u2019application des connaissances sur les RHS au sein de la communaut\u00e9 des politiques sur les RHS \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des \u00e9v\u00e9nements organis\u00e9s par l\u2019ACRSPS et<\/li>\n<li>Soutenir les efforts de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s en recherche sur les ressources humaines en sant\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Organisation &amp;
