As part of CADTH’s 25th anniversary celebrations, we’ve launched a special lecture series on health technology assessment (HTA) in Canada.
We invite you to join us for the next talk in our series, featuring Dr. Jacob Stegenga, Assistant Professor, Department of Philosophy, University of Utah. Dr. Stegenga will outline how harms are underestimated throughout the clinical trial process – and discuss what can be done about it.
The event will take place at 1:00 p.m. EST on December 4, 2014 in Ottawa and online via webinar. While there is no charge for attending, you do need to register before December 2nd at www.cadth.ca/lectures. Please feel free to distribute this invitation electronically, post in your office, or share on social media.
We sincerely hope you or some of your colleagues can join us. If you have any questions about the lecture or how to register, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Created by the federal, provincial, and territorial governments, CADTH is an independent organization responsible for helping decision-makers across the country make the right decisions about how best to use drugs and other health technologies in our health care system.
